Get unlimited access to pair and team profiles, by subscribing to the PAIR and TEAM PROFILE PACK

The subscription to the Pair and Team profile pack enables you to:

  • Generate as many Team and Pair reports as you need,
  • Virtually compose pairs or teams to explore the potential resulting synergies over the course of a number of simulations,
  • Undertake sorting and statistical comparisons on the global database.

Conditions:

  • ‘Self-processing’ status is required: this option is only available to certified practitioners who compose and print their HBDI® profiles on-site,
  • Certified price for the pair and team profile pack: 170 € per month (excluding VAT)*, with a minimum 12 month-commitment period,
  • Payment terms: monthly preauthorized debit (France) or biannual (other EU countries).
    * (Billing will include price of the subscription + price of the individual profiles that compose the pair and team profiles, knowing that the individual profiles are only charged once).

How to subscribe to the pair and team profile pack?

  • You will simply need to sign and send back to us the pair and team profile pack contract, that can be downloaded in your practitioner’s area.

TEAM PROFILE: The right person at the right place

Presented in the form of a 17-page report, the team profile combines several individual profiles.

It enables a manager to:

  • Match his management style with that of his colleagues
  • Better position his colleagues to carry out specific tasks or missions,
  • Understand the motivation to use registers with each of its employees,
  • Optimize the selection of a new employee for his successful integration in an existing team.

In training, it enables a team to:

  • Define its mission,
  • Improve interpersonal communication,
  • Set objectives for progress in the short and medium terms,
  • Identify the most important steps of the problem solving process,
  • Identify the tools to implement for a more effective creativity.
  • Available in 12 languages
  • Public price: € 400 (excluding VAT)
  • Certified Price: 170 € (excluding VAT)

    • *(Billing will include both price of the team profile and price of all the individual profiles that compose it).

Process to get a team profile:

If you are self-processing:
To print a team profile on HTMS® v6.1, simply select the relevant profiles and choose ‘team profile’ in the dropdown “report to print” menu.

If you aren’t self-processing:
Please specify it when creating any new group. We will include it when sending you the HBDI® reports.

PAIR PROFILE: A tool to strengthen relationship of a binomial

Presented in the form of an 11-page report, the pair profile combines 2 individual profiles.

– It highlights similarities and complementarities of the two profiles that compose it

– It allows to learn and to experience conflict resolution techniques:

  • Between employees
  • Between associates
  • Between coach and coachee
  • Between trainer and participant

Process to get a pair profile:

If you are self-processing:
To print a pair profile on HTMS® v6.1, simply select the relevant profiles and choose ‘pair profile’ in the dropdown “report to print” menu.

If you aren’t self-processing:
Please specify it when creating any new group. We will include them when sending you the HBDI® reports.

The mini profile is printed on an A4 perforated sheet, 160 g

  • A name badge,
  • A table tent,
  • A mini HBDI® profile,
  • A Whole Brain Model® wallet card, used as a reminder.

3 versions are available:

  • “Mini profile complete”: the HBDI® profile of the participant appears on all 4 items (table tent, name badge, mini profile and reminder).
  • “Mini profile partial”: the HBDI® profile of the participant doesn’t appear on either the table tent or on the badge. This is the one we edit by default.
  • “Mini profile badge” is simply composed of a name badge, for participants who have not completed the HBDI® questionnaire.

If you are self-processing:
1) You will need to order perforated blank sheets. It needs to be ordered separately from empty packages.
2) To print a mini-profile on HTMS® v6.1, simply select the relevant profiles and choose one of the 3 versions in the dropdown “report to print” menu.
