New HTMS® home page

We have implemented a new home page in your account of our HBDI® Management System, (HTMS v6.1®), which will include useful information regarding your account.

We have completed the information that was available to us, on the top of the screen; you are welcome to complete the missing information in the lower part of the screen, in order to improve our communication system.

To ensure data protection, we have upgraded the security of our HTMS v6.1® processing server.
Thus, we thank you for modifying your passwords before September 1st, 2017 in your account properties.
A warning message (in red) will appear in the top banner of your HTMS screen to prompt you to change your codes before September 1st.

We would like to draw your attention to the following points:

• The validity of your passwords will now be limited to 90 days.
• Your passwords must be different from your previous passwords and include at least
  1. Ten (10) characters, including:
  2. Two (2) special characters (?, !, /, *, &, $,%)
  3. Two (2) letters in uppercase
  4. Two (2) numbers.
• After this date, participants will no longer be able to access the HBDI® questionnaire with an expired password.

A red sign will appear beside all groups whose password wouldn’t have been changed for more than 90 days.
Of course, you won’t need to change passwords for groups you no longer use.

If you wish anyhow to see this sign disappear beside your old groups, you may simply change the properties of your account by:

• Closing the web access of the group concerned
• Or / and limiting the activity to a past date
• Or / and reporting the number of profiles already made in this group.
