Diversity is an entertaining, informative game designed to present a picture of your group's thinking style preferences and helps point the way toward working together more effectively and productively.

Among its prime uses, Diversity can be an "icebreaker" for meetings or workshops to reveal similarities and differences in thinking style preferences and to facilitate a discussion of individual and group strengths and potential blind spots. It also builds an understanding and appreciation of those with different preferences and introduces the concept of diversity in an interesting and non-threatening way.

There are two versions of the Diversity game. The European version and the American version.The European kit includes materials for playing the game with up to 85 people: four decks of 64 cards and an instructional manual, all packaged in a suitcase. As for the American version, the kit includes materials for playing the game with up to 25 people: two decks of 64 cards, a system to display cards and an instructional manual.

DesignIT The Whole Brain Way provides instructors, teachers, trainers, and presenters with practical tools for designing instruction.  The materials also help users understand why whole-brain instruction is necessary to reach all learners as well as sustain learning.
